ABOUT US

Felisa Nobles, MS, is the Founder and Managing Director of Bridge Admissions. At Harvard University, Felisa reviewed hundreds of applications in each admissions cycle and worked directly with admissions officers, admissions committees, and faculty during the admissions review process.  She designed pipeline programs to increase applicant preparedness for rigorous programs and helped students get into their dream schools, which include Harvard University, Yale University and the University of California at Berkeley, to name a few. Felisa also coached graduates on how to land their dream job; she brings this expertise to Bridge Admissions.

With Ms. Nobles' coaching and support, I applied to the doctoral program at Harvard University and was admitted...[Ms. Nobles] knows what information to solicit from mentees and how to package it in a way that makes you stand out. For three years I led a global health master’s program and Felisa was an indispensable ally in our efforts to advance diversity and inclusion. She sensitized faculty reviewers to better assess nuanced candidacies and created uniform, transparent standards to promote equity, advance diversity, and strengthen our organizational culture.

I met Ms. Nobles as a sophomore in college; I didn’t think I would ever be able to pursue research as a career... I cannot emphasize enough how well Ms. Nobles understands the language and framing necessary to distinguish oneself in research or employment...I published seven peer-reviewed research articles with senior faculty at Harvard– something I never could have done without her training. Ms. Nobles met me at the level I was, and I am highly indebted to her for the skills she taught me—and continues to teach me.
